- Institutional Training & Placement Officer (TPO) support.
- Corporate placement assistance and recruiter pipeline matchmaking.
3. No Guarantee of Employment (Placement Disclaimer)
While we provide optimized tools, resume frameworks, strategic interview training, and access to recruitment communities to boost your career velocity significantly:
- We do not guarantee a job offer, a specific salary package, or placement.
- Hiring decisions rest solely with the respective corporate employers.
- Success in placement drives depends entirely on the candidate’s performance, technical skills, and interview execution.
4. Code of Conduct & Intellectual Property
- Course Material: All study materials, frameworks, templates, and video masterclasses provided during training are the intellectual property of Vivek ChhimPa. You may not distribute, resell, or publicly share these materials without explicit written consent.
- Community Decorum: Users participating in our WhatsApp placement networks, Topmate syncs, or mock interview cohorts must maintain professional decorum. We reserve the right to remove any user displaying disruptive or abusive behavior.
5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Fees for premium 1:1 counselling cohorts, masterclasses, or corporate training modules must be paid in advance through our authorized payment gateways (including Topmate).
- Unless stated otherwise on a specific service booking page, all fees paid for consultations, mock interviews, and training programs are non-refundable once the service execution or material distribution has begun.
6. Limitation of Liability
Vivek ChhimPa and team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on career advice, resume updates, or placement leads provided through our platforms.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted directly on this page with an updated “Last Updated” timestamp. Continued use of our platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.
