Because our premium programs involve live cohort allocations, personalized resume engineering, and immediate asset distribution, we maintain a clear policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
By enrolling in our training programs or booking a digital slot, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. 1:1 Counselling & Coaching Sessions
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed 1:1 session (such as a mock interview or career roadmap sync), you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time slot.
- Missed Sessions: Failure to attend a scheduled 1:1 session without giving 24 hours’ prior notice will result in the session being marked as completed, and no makeup slot or refund will be provided.
- Refund Eligibility: Fees paid for individual 1:1 consultations are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed and the preparation window opens.
2. Live Cohorts & Training Workshops
- Digital Assets Activation: Many of our soft skills and corporate readiness bootcamps grant instant access to proprietary frameworks, templates, and pre-recorded masterclasses upon enrollment.
- No-Refund Policy: Due to the immediate delivery of intellectual property and limited seat allocations, all fees paid for live cohorts, institutional placement drives, and skill workshops are strictly non-refundable.
3. Digital Products & Resume Kits
- All sales of downloadable items, including ATS resume templates, LinkedIn optimization checklists, and interview prep guides, are final.
- Since digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations once the download link is generated or delivered.
4. Institutional & Corporate Packages
- Cancellations, adjustments, or refund clauses for institutional packages (such as college TPO collaborations and corporate talent pipeline training drives) are governed strictly by the individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) signed between the organization and our management team.
5. Exceptional Cases
- If a session or workshop is entirely cancelled by Vivek ChhimPa or our internal team due to unforeseen technical difficulties or scheduling emergencies, a full 100% refund will be initiated, or an immediate alternative slot will be provided based on your preference.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
