Because our services include digital access, live-project engineering, and professional time commitments, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure transparency and clarity for both individuals and corporate clients.
Please read this policy carefully before registering for any training or hiring our consulting services. By purchasing a service or enrolling in a course, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Training & Coaching Programs (Live / Online)
We put immense effort into building elite corporate mindsets and practical frameworks. To maintain accountability and respect for batch scheduling, our cancellation rules are as follows:
- Cancellation by Student:
- If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must notify us at connect@vivekchhimpa.com at least 48 hours before the batch or program start date. If done within this timeframe, a full refund (minus any standard processing fees) will be issued.
- No refunds or cancellations will be entertained once the training program, batch, or live project has officially commenced.
- Batch Rescheduling / Absences:
- If you miss a live session due to unavoidable circumstances, you will be provided with recorded materials or moved to a future session at our sole discretion. No partial refunds will be given for missed classes.
- Cancellation by Us:
- In the rare event that we must cancel or indefinitely postpone a training batch due to technical issues or emergencies, you will be offered the choice of a 100% full refund or a transfer to the next available batch.
2. AI Organic Growth Consulting Services
Consulting projects require dedicated resource allocation, data-driven research, and custom strategy development.
- Retainer & Upfront Fees: All upfront consultation payments or initial project retainers are strictly non-refundable, as work and custom strategy formulation begin immediately upon onboarding.
- Project Termination: Either party may terminate a long-term consulting contract by giving [Insert Notice Period, e.g., 14 days or 30 days] written notice via email.
- Deliverables Payment: In the event of early termination, the client is responsible for paying for all consulting hours logged and deliverables completed up to the effective termination date.
3. Digital Goods & Downloadable Resources
- If you purchase any downloadable digital materials (such as pre-recorded masterclasses, frameworks, or strategy templates), these items are deemed “used” upon download.
- Consequently, all sales for downloadable digital products are final and non-refundable.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
- Requesting a Refund: To request a refund under the valid terms stated above, please email us directly at connect@vivekchhimpa.com with your proof of purchase and reason for cancellation.
- Timeline: Once your refund request is verified and approved, the amount will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your payment gateway provider.
